About iDial

We exist to kill the 90-minute morning.

Every rep who prospects loses the sharpest part of their day to research that a machine should be doing. iDial is our answer: sit down at 9:00 and the work is already done.

Why we exist

It started as one rep's private fix.

One of us is a working SaaS sales rep in Australia. Every morning began the same way: 90 minutes of researching what changed overnight, digging through LinkedIn for the right people, looking up contact details one at a time, and copy-pasting it all into a dialer — before a single real conversation could happen.

So we built a tool that did that morning for him. It researched overnight, ranked the accounts by signal, found the people, and wrote the reason to call. The mornings came back.

Then the obvious hit us: his morning is every rep's morning. The grind is identical whether you sell analytics, payroll or cyber — only the signals change. So we rebuilt it so any rep can load in their product, their ideal customer, their triggers. That's iDial.

The co-founders

Two of us. One obsession.

Co-founder · The rep

The one who lives the problem

A working SaaS sales rep in APAC — cold-calling, prospecting and building pipeline every single day. He's user #1: iDial runs on his real mornings before it ships to anyone else, and nothing goes out unless it survives contact with an actual call block. He knows exactly what a callable list looks like, because he's judged one every morning for years.

Co-founder · The operator

The one who keeps it honest

The second half of every decision: what ships, what waits, and what gets cut. He tests every build like a customer, pushes back on anything that only sounds good in a demo, and holds the product to the founding rule — if it doesn't make the morning faster, it doesn't belong. No feature survives on being clever alone.

We're keeping our heads down until launch — names and faces when we're ready. The work speaks first.

Our vision

Prospecting shouldn't be a morning job.

We think the pre-call grind — the researching, the list-building, the why-am-I-calling-this-person scramble — is on its way to extinction. Machines are simply better at it: they don't skim, they don't skip days, and they read everything. The rep's job is the part machines can't do — the conversation.

Our vision is a workday where every rep opens their laptop to a ranked list, a reason to call, and nothing between them and the first dial. iDial is us building that, one morning at a time.

What we hold ourselves to

Three rules the product is built on.

The list must be callable

Our bar for every feature: the list iDial builds has to be one a rep would genuinely call — as good as the one you'd have built by hand. If user #1 wouldn't dial it, it doesn't ship.

Show your sources

Every fact the engine surfaces keeps a link to where it came from. A brief you can't verify is a brief you can't trust on a live call — nothing is asserted without receipts.

Your data stays yours

Each seat is an isolated workspace. Prospect data is information about real people; we treat it that way — kept private, kept separate, and deleted on request.
