How iDial works
Two halves. One finished morning.
A research engine that does the prospecting on a schedule, and a CRM workspace where you work the list it builds. Each user gets their own of both — tuned to what they sell.
Half one — the research engine
It prospects the way you would. Overnight.
Tuned to you, not a template
At onboarding we capture three things: what you sell, your ideal customer profile, and the buying signals you care about. They become your engine's settings — every list and every brief is written from them.
Two reps selling different products get two completely different iDials.
Research on a schedule
A bigger pass on Monday builds the week's list. Lighter daily passes add fresh accounts as new signals appear — the list is alive, not a one-off export.
By the time you sit down, the searching, sizing and shortlisting is done.
✦ The brief: why call them
For every account, iDial writes the call prep you'd do yourself if you had time: what the signal means, why now, and your angle — written from your own profile, so the opener is yours, not boilerplate.
Call ammunition, with receipts
Each account page gathers what the company does, the tools they use — with competitors you displace highlighted as a ready-made opener — and real customer pain pulled from public reviews.
Every engine fact keeps a link to its source. If iDial says it, you can check it — trust is the product.
Half two — the CRM workspace
Work the list where it lands.
The call sheet
Your landing page every morning: the day's accounts ranked by score, each one openable in place — signals, brief, and the people to call, without leaving the list.
Top to bottom, decide-and-dial. You call in your own tool; iDial never interrupts.
Log the call without leaving it
Change a stage, type a note, hit save — it happens right on the card, no page reload, no pop-up form. A quiet Saved ✓ confirms it stuck.
Notes and stages persist between engine runs — tomorrow's list remembers today's calls.
Accounts, contacts, and search
Beyond the daily sheet: browse every account and contact in your workspace, search across names, companies and signals, and open a full detail page with everything needed to make the call.
Your workspace is yours alone
iDial is sold per seat, and each seat is sealed: your accounts, contacts, notes and pipeline are isolated per user. No shared pool, no other rep ever sees your book.
Prospect data is information about real people — we treat it that way, including deleting a contact's data on request.
The roadmap, honestly
What ships July 10 — and what's next.
At launch
The research engine on your ICP and signals · scheduled weekly + daily runs · the ✦ brief on every account · the call sheet · accounts, contacts, search and detail views · inline stages and notes · per-user data isolation.
Right behind it
Tasks and follow-ups ("call back Friday" gets a home) · a Today dashboard that answers "what should I do right now?" · phone & email enrichment on contact cards. We'd rather ship these right than ship them rushed.
